Since I'm sooooo behind the schedule of keeping my blog, I'll post some photos by now and write more about Dr. Tom's lecture, the one I enjoyed the most so far, later (forgive me~).
We went frog watching that night, it was fun, exciting, but somehow scary.
This was what we saw right after we walked into a tunnel. Mr. Lee is such an expert that he could tell where the frogs or todd were and caught them effortless in a blink of and eye.
"Oh, my. Those human are pathetic, know nothing much about wildlife. I feel like a super star!"The frog said.
This little thing is the pop star of the night! We reached out our finger for a greeting from the frog. Its "finger" felt sticky but SO neat! I wished it could cling on my finger longer! But it must be terrified by this sudden popularity.
This is one of Taiwan's endemic species. The Taipei tree frog. I'm not sure if it's okay to post this photo. But we did let it go after observing. We did.
This was what made the whole adventure over-exciting. A SNAKE. Literally, a snake. I have never ever seen a living snake in the wild. Mr. Lee told us it wasn't poisonous, but it will definitely hurts a lot if got bitten, since it has long, sharp teeth for hunting for eggs.
This is an experience that I will never forget. So real, and so close to the nature.
